Amanda received her education at the Midwest Culinary Institute where she graduated in 2010 with a degree in Culinary Arts Technology. This will be her third season serving our clients at OPTO! Amanda was born and raised in Cincinnati where she met her husband and our Head Guide, Andy Schils. They now live in Hillsboro, Ohio with their daughter, Natalie.
