ANDY SCHILS, MANAGER AND HEAD GUIDE
Andy has been deer hunting here in Southern Ohio for the last 20 years. He knows what it takes to raise, hold and harvest mature whitetails. Andy manages our farms year-round and is focused on providing quality nutrition for our deer herd through the use of strategically planted food sources. Andy, like all OPTO employees, will do whatever he can to provide each hunter with the hunt of a lifetime. Andy lives here in the area with his wife Amanda and their daughter Natalie.
JUSTIN CARMAN, GUIDE
Justin has long-time Adams County ties and has been running these woods since he was a boy. Justin has a unique appreciation for the outdoors and nature in general. His immense knowledge of local flora and fauna has been a great tool when it comes to long-term land management projects. Justin is a great deer hunter which translates to an excellent guide. His laid back, knowledgeable personality, is one that is appreciated by all of our clients. Justin lives in Adams County with his wife Emily and their two children.
